Maven Telecom Churn Analysis

In this project, I, as the data analyst reporting to Maven Telecom's Head of Customer Retention, am tasked with

  • Identifying high value customers and top churn reasons among them;

  • Making recommendations on how to best retain them

Components of the project and tools used:

  • SQL (data preparation, cleaning and analysis)

  • Tableau (interactive dashboard to monitor churn)

  • Deck Presentation (communicate insights)
